Federal Funding for major environmental and climate programs are under threat from the Presidential Executive Orders issued in January. Clean & Prosperous Institute is compiling information about the programs and projects that might be at risk of being repealed.
To start, we are combining Federal data from several sources. It is possible that this information will not continue to be updated and may be removed altogether. Having this information in one place and in one resource is essential to understanding what opportunities have been proposed across the country and what opportunities may be lost if Federal funding is reversed or restricted. This map combines data retrieved from the following Federal sources in January 2025:
- Building America’s Clean Energy Future (Department of Energy)
- Investments from EPA Under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act (Environmental Protection Agency)
- Fueling Aviation’s Sustainable Transition (FAST) Grants (Federal Aviation Administration): Link no longer live.
